STS Technical Services is Hiring Human Resources Generalists in Denver, Colorado!

We are seeking an HR Generalist who is driven, proactive and eager to contribute in this role. You will work alongside the rest of the team to strategically align Human Resources with organizational objectives. This individual will provide a wide range of HR support and advice to all levels of management.

Job Description / Requirements:

* Market and trend analysis, affirmative action plan development, employee relations, performance management, and employment law compliance

* The candidate will work with the HR Manager to improve processes, create/change policies, as well as recommend benefit, onboarding, recruiting and retention strategies

* This person must be proficient in MS excel and experience with ADP reporting is a plus

* We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience and a PHR or SPHR certification is desired

* A bachelor’s degree is required, with an emphasis in HR desired

* U.S. Citizenship required
