HR Executive / HR Generalist Permanent Part Time

CAE Parc Aviation are pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications from HR Executive/HR Generalist based in Dublin, Ireland.

The Role

The person will be reporting to the Administration Manager. The HR Executive will be dealing with HR processes and procedures, HR regulations and will be dealing with different people across the company.

Qualifications

Preferable a minimum 3 years' experience in the aviation industry

Strong background in dispute handling resolutions

Strong background in implementing and governing company policies and procedures

Strong background in managing staff reviews, appraisals

Strong communication skills

Conflict resolution skills

Knowledge on working conditions for rostered and non-rostered staff

Flexibility

Fluent in English both written and spoken

Right to live and work in Ireland

Part-time contract

Normal office hours

Salary: based on experience
