Qualifications, Experience and Skills
An individual with sound experience covering Employee Relations/Recruiting and Administration. Must have a good working knowledge level of UK Employment Law, Personnel Policies and
Procedures. A formal qualification in Human Resources Management would be an advantage. The Post Holder will also provide support to our offices in the South and at RAF Valley.
The incumbent must be robust and able to work in a new start up organisation, which is fast moving and demanding. This position would suit applicants who have had previous experience in a start-up organisation or a well-structured HR Processes and Policies background. The incumbent will have had a previous experience in the role of Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter or a very similar position and can demonstrate their complete understanding of the position’s requirements.
Exceptional planning and organisation skills within an operational environment on day to day HR activities;
Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure with a high degree of independence and to work remotely across multiple sites;
Working knowledge and experience of TUPE end to end process;
Maintain current and up to date knowledge of employment law;
Good communication skills and an ability to deal with employees on every level throughout the business unit;
Proactive and self-motivated approach
Effective ICT Skills in Word, Excel and & PowerPoint, including HR MIS;
Excellent networking and influencing skills, with a credibility and integrity in all tasks undertaken;
The ability to follow processes and procedures. Identifying ways to streamline processes and identification and set up of new processes.
