Aviatic MRO is a new aircraft maintenance repair organization operating out of Siauliai International Airport, Lithuania (SQQ). As a freshly-born company in the sector and established by a passionate team of aviation professionals, we have an ambitious goal to become a leading center for maintenance in the region. Providing a wide range of services, including line and base maintenance, continuing airworthiness management and spare parts supply and located just 3 hours flight from all major European hubs — Aviatic MRO delivers custom maintenance solutions for the Airbus A320 family, Boeing 737 Classic and NG series. We are now looking for an expert Head of Quality to join our team!

Duties/Responsibilities:

•Leading of creating and implementation of the independent Quality system in MRO and CAMO organizations;

•Creation and implementation of the quality assurance program including annual quality audits and inspections plans;

•Ensuring that the organization is always in compliance with PART M, PART-145 and other applicable requirements;

•Auditors selection, ensuring their competence and qualification control and organizing their work;

•Internal and external audits and inspections performance (or performance coordination);

•Control of findings including root causes analysis and findings closure on time;

•Ensuring that all processes are performed in accordance with approved procedures and applicable regulations;

•Analysis of contracts in terms of quality requirements;

•Auditing of contractors and subcontractors;

•Liaising with national aviation authorities of Lithuania and other countries;

•Liaising with other organizations in terms of external audits performance;

•In cooperation with relevant managers, lead obtaining of necessary approvals;

•Ensuring continuous validity of company approvals in cooperation with other departments;

•Dissemination of information ensuring an organizational awareness of relevant quality assurance issues and results;

•CAMO and MRO personnel qualification checking; issuing and prolongation of certification authorizations;

•Ensuring periodic review of regulation publications and dissemination of information throughout organizations.

Qualification requirements:

•Aeronautical degree;

•Minimum 5 years’ experience in aviation, 2 in quality management activities;

•Knowledge and training in quality and SMS systems;

•Competence and experience in auditing procedures and preparation of quality documentation;

•Good knowledge of relevant regulations, such as (but not limited to) EASA Part M, Part 145, etc.;

•Good knowledge of English language.
