First People Solutions Limited are recruiting for a Head of Occupational Safety, Health, Environment and Facilities role for our client based in the UK.

Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):-

Managing the Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Facilities plan.

Managing hazard and occurrence reports and lead/ support investigations.

Maintaining ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001: 2018 certification and lead the continuous improvement agenda.

Facilitating Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Facilities hazard identification, risk assessments and supporting mitigation/ documentation ensuring that the Company is compliant with relevant compliance obligations.

Supporting the Managing Directors and their respective management teams on the implementation of effective Occupational Safety, Health, Environment and Facilities processes.

We are keen to hear from candidates that have several years experience working in Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Facilities.

You will have previous managerial experience in OSH, Environment or Facilities and experience and knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001: 2018.

You will possess NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or an equivalent level of qualification.
