On behalf of our client, a prestigious VVIP operation based in the Middle East, we are recruiting for a Head of Helicopter Ground Operations on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will oversee and manage all ground operations activities relating to our client's rotary operation.

Responsibilities
· Possess extensive knowledge in industry best practice, and technical expertise.
· Licensed flight dispatcher with proven track record in helicopter flight planning.
· Familiar with Emergency responsible procedures and plans.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications.
· Proficiency in English (must) and Arabic or another language (strongly preferred).
· Regulatory and Compliance awareness.
Experience, Qualifications & Licence
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a senior Manager / Team Lead capacity within the aviation industry and specifically with a VVIP helicopter operator and/or helicopter aviation operator.
- Experience in managing an FBO or ground service activities in support of VVIP aircraft strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management, Airport Operations, or related field preferable.
- Hold a relevant license or qualification such as helicopter pilot license and/or flight dispatch license or other similar technical training certifications. GACA or FAA approved qualifications an advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of GACA and/or FAA regulations an advantage.
