Oaklands Global is currently recruiting a Head of Flight Operations on behalf of our reputable Rotary client based in the UK. This is a permanent position.

 

Key Skills and Experience

·        Hold or have held a valid flight crew licence (ATPL (H)/IR)

·        H145 / BK117, D2 type rating would be beneficial

·        Experience of HHO/HOFO operations

·        Practical experience and expertise in the application of aviation safety standards and safe operating practices

·        Comprehensive knowledge of EASA and UK Air operations regulations and any associated requirements and procedures

·        Familiarity with management systems in aviation

·        Appropriate management experience preferably in an AOC

·        Fluent in English language is essential

·        Must have the right to live and work in the UK

 

Minimum rotary flight hours

·        Total hours helicopters - 3000hrs

·        Total hours in command - 1500hrs

·        Total hours multi engine - 1200hrs

 

About the role

·        Condition of the post is acceptance by the UK CAA

·        The chosen applicant will be trained for the UK CAA acceptance

·        This position can be combined with a pilot position and might also be combined with the Crew Training position

·        Shift pattern of 7 on 7 off OR 14 on 14 off
