Aviatic MRO is a new aircraft maintenance repair organization operating out of Siauliai International Airport, Lithuania (SQQ). As a freshly-born company in the sector and established by a passionate team of aviation professionals, we have an ambitious goal to become a leading center for maintenance in the region, providing a wide range of services, including line and base maintenance, continuing airworthiness management and spare parts supply. Just 3 hours flight from all major European hubs, Aviatic MRO delivers custom maintenance solutions for the Airbus A320 family, Boeing 737 Classic and NG series. We are now looking for an expert Head of CAMO to join our team!

Responsibilities:

•Lead structure development of CAMO-organization and ensure effective management of it;

•Manage and ensure validity of relevant approvals, such as but not limited to Part M Subpart G and I, IOSA;

•Act as Nominated Postholder, appointed as per Part M requirements;

•Ensure development and effective implementation of processes and procedures throughout the organization;

•Ensure that engineering, planning, airworthiness review and other continuing airworthiness management activities are conducted in effective and reliable manner and meet the company strategies, expectations as well as relevant regulations and requirements;

•Ensure efficient project management in all activities, where necessary taking personal responsibility to manage projects to deadlines;

•Liaise with regulatory authorities, OEMs, MROs, suppliers and clients;

•Ensure effective cost control, participate in organization budget preparation and effective implementation of it;

•Take lead of preparation and negotiation of relevant agreements;

•Ensure effective safety and quality assurance implementation through entire organization.

Requirements:

•Aeronautical degree or Part 66 license;

•Minimum 5 years experience in CAMO activities, 2 years experience in management position;

•Knowledge of EASA Part M/145 and IOSA regulations;

•Knowledge of Safety Management Systems, Quality Systems, auditing processes;

•Knowledge of Airbus A320 Family and/or Boeing 737 family aircraft types gaines through formalized training courses and experience in continuing airworthiness management of these types;

•Fluent English language (both spoken and written);

•Ability to understand, interpret and apply regulatory requirements and worklpace agrrements;

•Leadership, relationship building skills and the ability to demonstrate flawless communications skills;

•Sufficient IT skills ( knowledge of OASES would be an advantage).
