BCT Aviation Maintenance require a Hangar Manager based at East Midlands Airport to manage a line of aircraft paint inputs.
Reporting to the Base Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the management of Engineering support of Paint Inputs at East Midlands Airport. Other responsibilities will include:
Managing a team of Engineers/Mechanics to ensure "On-Time Performance" and delivery levels are accomplished in a timely manner
Responsible for all day-to-day activities at East Midlands Hangar facility
Hold regular team meetings and ensure clear communication channels are open from top to bottom and back again
Ensure the team is performing to maintenance standards at all times
Effective and efficient resource and manpower management
Manage the scheduling of customer Work scope and communication
To be considered for the role of Hangar Manager you will need to have the following requirements:
EASA Part 66 B1/ C License, with a combination of the following B737, A320 family,Embraer 170/190 and ATR. Additional training will be offered.
Demonstrable Supervisory experience
Is highly organised, with the ability to prioritise in a busy working environment
Is commercially aware, with a customer service focus and a strong relationship builder
Leadership skills with Change Management experience
Proven ability to provide effective resource management
Has excellent communication skills, both orally and written
Has a commitment to follow through with Health & Safety regulations
