In this role you will work with the Flight Ops Business Strategy manager and the Flight Ops leadership team to define our portfolio of strategic initiatives and ensure that they are delivering improvements for our organisation, including for our pilots.  You will also work to influence a range of stakeholders, internal and external to Flight Ops in support of these projects.  Your day to day will include defining and structuring project deliverables, gaining funding approval and agreeing benefits, tracking progress and holding business owners to account for delivery. You are a confident communicator, providing verbal and written correspondences including summaries suitable for senior level stakeholders including the Management Committee.  Your approach will be supported by analytics and you will be confident in explaining and evaluating data.  Positive, constructive working relationships will be paramount for successful delivery, so you will be a self starter, confident in new, unfamiliar situations and be happy in building and maintaining these relationships across our business.
