Flight Line Mechanic
Location: RAF Linton-on-Ouse, York
Fixed Term Contract until 31 October 2019
About the role
Here at Babcock we are looking to recruit a Flight Line Mechanic to assist in the day-to-day running of the Flight Line. There is a requirement to support aircraft recoveries and detachments may require lodging away.
This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Tucano aircraft handling and mechanical support before and after flight. The role involves carrying out fuel and oil replenishment and assisting with aircraft handling and other flight-line duties. Supporting documentation has to be accurately completed according to RAF requirements.

What do I need to do the role?
You'll need to have a minimum of 4 GCSE's including Mathematics and English. You will need to have a full driving license and a normal colour vision (CP2).
