Zenon are proud to have been engaged to recruit a Crew Planning Analyst for a successful Turbo Prop and Jet Aircraft ACMI Operator based in Europe that has tripled their fleet to 18 aircraft in the last two years. Partnered with a very well established and forward-thinking organisation with further focus on expansion, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Operator within its market sector.

 

Reporting directly to the Crewing Manager you will have responsibility for the safe and efficient crewing of all company aircraft.

 

The successful candidate will ideally have experience working in a Flight Operations environment and will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and attention to detail. This is an exciting role for an aspiring analyst with report writing experience, requiring initiative and creativity.

Main Duties and Responsibilities: -

 

  • Ensure that all flights are efficiently covered within the short-term planning horizon.
  • Determine the impact of flight schedule changes on crew staffing and work with other departments to optimize coverage.
  • Perform all schedule development maintaining Crew rosters and ensuring roster legality in accordance with EASA regulations and company policy.
  • Monitor, by way of reports, the use of crewmember x days and commercial flight usage and make necessary amendments to reduce the use of both.
  • Identify opportunities to lower crewing costs and improve operational reliability.
  • Determine the associated costs for flight schedule changes.
  • Ensure that a crewing solution is in place for all difficult destinations and advise management of any impending crewing issues.
  • Performs other duties as directed by the Manager of Crew Planning.
