Due to an internal promotion a great opportunity has arisen for a Fleet Analyst to join the growing team. Reporting directly to the Aircraft Performance Supervisor, the Fleet Analyst is responsible for providing aircraft performance support and analysis across the fleet. This is a Monday to Friday position with excellent salary and benefits to for work a successful business who offer genuine career progression opportunities

In this role you will analyze aircraft performance and continued airworthiness by providing a review of fleet operational performance and in depth technical analysis for aircraft/fleet issues

You will be responsible for aiding the improvement of technical dispatch reliability by providing continuous monitoring and reporting of aircraft fleet health status and the identification of fleet reliability and operational performance issues

Key responsibilities as Fleet Analyst include:

  • Work closely and liaise with Flight Operations and Engineering
  • Review, analyze and produce reports on the following activities; aircraft performance, landing and takeoff performance, weight & balance, fuel cost, engines, fluctuations and flight data monitoring
  • Monitor fleet performance and cost effectiveness
  • Look into new routes and provide recommendations based on findings
  • By review of the data provided through the maintenance records system and in service information, provide analysis to identify reliability trends and aircraft requiring higher focus
  • Provide reports and analysis of events including RTS/Delays/AOG's to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
  • Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
  • Support the Aircraft Performance Supervisor and the Fleet Managers with implementation of projects, goals and targets to improve operational performance

Essential requirements as Fleet Analyst:

  • You must hold a degree in either aviation or aeronautics
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to pull data and produce reports
  • Great written and communication skills
