The Business Analyst is responsible for directing and coordinating formulation, monitoring and presentation of budgets for controlling funds to implement program objectives of the organization.
Prepares cost estimates and new business proposal documents.
Coordinates with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding cost estimates & pricing and financial plans.
Assembles financial models and Powerpoint Slideshows to summarize new business opportunities.
Assists in the development of the budget, planning, and other corporate financial requirements.
Understands basic statistical concepts and analysis. Experience using Tableau to organize reports and data is a plus.
Moderate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including working ability to use pivot tables, charting, and advanced formulas (but not macros).
Ability to (or learn to) extract actual performance data from financial system(s) and apply to cost estimates.
Exhibit and practice professional and courteous behavior while interacting with both internal and external customers.
Interact within a cooperative environment through beneficial behavior, commitment to common goals, contribution to problem solving, communication of ideas and suggestions, and encouragement to other employees and departments.
Accountable for the accuracy and completeness of assigned tasks. ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS A MUST.
Able to adhere to a work schedule including prompt and regular attendance.
Bachelor's degree y and a minimum of 2 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
