We’re looking for an experienced and analytical Finance Manager, to join our Treasury function as part of our Finance tribe on a 9-12-month contract basis, covering maternity leave. You’ll lead and manage a team of 3 across locations, ensuring efficient cash management, a smooth payment process and maintaining and reviewing Treasury policies and procedures. You’ll have the chance to have a real impact on our future growth, working within a fast-growing, rapidly changing environment.

What you can expect as a Finance Manager, Treasury:

* Being a main point of contact, providing global financial and treasury advice and control

* Getting stuck in to manage, process and authorise global payments across payment types

* Ensuring cash flow is maintained efficiently

* Working on multiple projects, from SOX compliance to FX management and everything in between

* Being data led, be able to look at data, interpret it and understand how to use this to drive your decisions and recommendations

What we are looking for:

* An Accountancy Qualification

* A strong background in global payment process and bank management

* Experience managing a team – your team of 3 is split across Edinburgh and Singapore

* The ability to thrive in a business partnering environment, working across squads

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain financial figures to key stakeholders

* Good technical understanding of financial accounting software (we use Sage X3)

* Able to work effectively under pressure with constantly changing priorities and deadlines

* A growth mindset, being open to change and actively seeking to drive it

* An ‘obsesses about the detail’ approach

* Capable of working effectively in a multicultural environment, recognising the challenges that exist within a truly diverse workplace
