- Customer Support/Field Support Engineer is responsible for managing Technical support interface 24h/7 towards local customer personnel at all levels

- Investigate technical issues and respond to customer requests

- Provide technical assistance on CMF56, LEAP, and GE90

- Provide logistic assistance

- Provide assistance with CSC, My CFM portals

- Validation of warranty claims and reporting on technical parts to be replaced

Duties toward AKKA's Customer:

- Reporting on customer satisfaction (E-monthly platform)

- Reporting on actions/assistance provided to the client on FDM Platform

- Organize meetings for our client, CFM, Leap, GE, Swiss Air, and Jet Aviation

- Provide timely insight into SAE management relative to emerging issues and relationship with the end customer

- Reporting on all data and/or information impacting the framework contract between the end customer and SAE

- Attend meetings organized by SAE (local, regional and others)

- Participate in training and technical sessions
