Salary: €40,000 to €45,000 – Dependant on experience      

Relocation Package – Up to €3500* (Happy to accept candidates outside of Frankfurt)

The role:

You are a merchant for forwarding and logistics services and are looking for change or you are currently training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services and do not know how to proceed?

Responsibilities:

These are your tasks:

• Acceptance of customer orders
• Organization of transports / pickups
• Creation and dispatch of transport orders booking confirmations
• Ensuring the storage of country-specific and Group-wide specifications
• Make and send the complete order reference documentation
• Worldwide communication in English

The Candidate:

• A completed training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services
• Have good knowledge of air freight product
• Very good German in spoken and written
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Word and Excel)
• Knowledge in the field of export control (AWG, AWV, EC-VO, EAR) desirable
• Independent work attitude
• Flexibility and resilience
• Customer orientation, operational readiness
• Responsibility
