Oversight and management of the daily repair transactions
Interaction with Vendors as necessary relating to Repair Order transactions
Prioritisation of pipeline of Vendor work
Interaction with the customer as necessary relating to Repair Order transactions
Preparing Customer and Vendor meeting presentation packages
Collaborating with the Inventory & Data Management team
Co-ordinating with the 24/7 Customer Support team
Experince of managingand maintaining relationships
Experince of working with Vendors
Background in Aviation
Experince of working in a high pressure environment
Knowledge of the repair cycle
Detailed Objectives and Goals:
Ensuring transactions and system integrity is maintained
Transactions are completed and managed within agreed timeframes
Contract Service Levels to target
Management of individual performance in line with company policies and values
