Executive/ Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager Cabin Crew Control Centre Job Description The successful candidate will be part of the team under the SIA Cabin Crew Control Centre, and is a versatile and dynamic team player who thrives in operational and mission management. The candidate is expected to provide operational and administrative support to Cabin Crew Control Centre by overseeing the daily operational matters pertaining to Cabin Crew Operations such as flight delays, disruptions, flight manning, standby utilization, to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and divisional guidelines. Key Responsibilities include: * To oversee the daily operational matters pertaining to flight delays, disruptions, flight manning, standby utilization, to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and divisional guidelines. * To make crew oriented decisions based on standard operating procedures and divisional guidelines and ensure fair consistency in the decision-making by the operational staff, in accordance with the specified guidelines and requirements. * To ensure prompt and professional follow up on Cabin Crew Voyage Reports (CCVRs) and feedback and queries via various channels. * To ensure fair consistency in the decision-making by the operational staff, in accordance with the specified guidelines and requirements. * Manage a team of operational staff and ensuring greater flexibility and resilience in the operational set up. * Develop a comprehensive business contingency plan in the event of a downtime in Crew Rostering System and/or Crew Notification System (CNC). * Coordinate with relevant parties such as SIAOCC on crisis contingencies such as airspace closure, fuel disruption and massive disruption. * To work closely with other Cabin Crew departments on Entry-Into-Service (EIS) of new aircraft. * To provide inputs as Control Centre’s representative in Cabin Crew Quality Management committees. * Provide data on the utilization of standby crew and work with stakeholders to test and implement Crew Tracking system Required Skills and Qualifications * Possess a good Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably in Sociology, Psychology, Political Science. * Experience as Cabin Crew or aviation related experience not necessary but preferred. * Exposure to CAAS Air Navigation Requirement, crisis management and mission critical management will be advantageous. * Excellent interpersonal skills * Excellent planning and organisation skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Good IT skills
