OPS - Inflight Pricing and Billing
Responsible in the day to day activities including catering billing verifications, analysis of cost per pax (plan & actual), meal pricing and monitoring of non catering invoices to ensure all costs are within budget & justifiable.
Responsible for details checking & verifications of caterer invoices (selected stations) i.e. meals, cabin handling, drystore, supllementary etc and ensure all charges are as per agreed and approved rate.
Analyze catering food pricing submissions from caterers against budget submission and previous pricings. Develop a format as a management tool for the allocated Culinary Standards Manager to come out with new menu specification.
Establishing global pricing schedule by flight, class, meal type etc to support Culinary Standards Managers with menu development and during tender pricing meal evaluation and meal presentation.
Carry out what-if analysis on product/supplier change to support decisionmaking
Responsible for preparations and consolidation of Department budgets, cost-benefit analysis and other financial reports to provide useful management information.
Degree - Accountancy, Economic, Business Administration or any relevant field
0-2 years in Financial, Accounting, Analysis, Statistical, Auditing related job scope
Skill & Knowledge
Broad knowledge of company’s standard, policies, procedures and knowledge of financial operations.
Positive work attitude, team player, able to meet tight deadlines and be prepared to take additional responsibility.
