Being the main point of contact for clients, the Event Manager is responsible for the full end-to-end delivery of their events, including:
Building client relationships
Taking a full brief and understanding the clients requirements
Venue sourcing, including effective negotiation and contract details
Supplier and stakeholder liaison
Delivering effective delegate registration solutions
Managing all guest communications and logistics
Preparing and reconciling event budgets
Ensuring smooth onsite delivery including management of staffing
The ideal candidate should have a proven background of delivering a range of international events from concept to completion. Candidates must be client facing and confident in managing and reconciling event budgets. Ideally looking for some that has aviation experience however this is not a necessity.
