The successful candidate will primarily develop and deliver training for ACURL personnel producing F-35 MD.
Essential Job Functions:
Transition new employees from a baseline level of knowledge to competent, and qualified fifth generation MD reprogrammers.
A self-starting, motivated individual with the ability to work productively with limited but reasonable supervisor direction and guidance.
Ability to respond appropriately and professionally to guidance and direction.
Ability to work constructively and collaboratively within a multi-national AUS/UK/US workforce and within diverse integrated product teams.
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
A Bachelor’s Degree accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (or suitable equivalent) is required.
Must be able to secure and maintain a Secret security clearance.
Demonstrated ability to recognize and analyze problems, conduct research, summarize results, and make appropriate recommendations.
Must have a working knowledge of computer systems, an understanding of Windows-based personal computers and Microsoft Office software, and possess the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Must pass drug testing.
Must be able to read and write effectively in English.
With the exception of approved time off, attendance is considered essential.
Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner to get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management.
Must perform work activities requiring interaction, negotiating, instructing, supervising, persuading or speaking with others.
A current active Secret security clearance.
Previous experience in a training environment, RF integration, EM spectrum management, antenna design, digital signal processing or MATLAB programming.
Knowledge of EW weapons systems development, test and evaluation, and systems engineering.
