Aeropeople require an experienced electrical engineer to assist a Field service engineer in the installation, fault finding and testing of weapon mounts and fire control systems on foreign naval ships around the world.

The ideal candidate will:
- Be willing to travel at short notice, on an ad-hoc basis for periods up to 4 weeks.
- Possess a good level of physical fitness due to the nature of the role, as well as determination and motivation in the face of what can be challenging conditions (heat and humidity).
- Be able to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and engineering drawings
- Hold a BTEC/NVQ/C&G Level 3 (minimum) qualification in electrical engineering.
Experience within the defence industry is desired but not essential for the right candidate.
