This role is integral to ensuring the growth of flybmi.com’s revenue and user base.
There is a large revenue and spend accountability given the strategic importance of the direct sales channel to the business. This role is a key interface between the Digital Team and Marketing team.
Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting
Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance
Works alongside the web development team to improve website user experience and speed
Work with the marketing team to improve quality and traffic acquisition from off-line marketing activity
Analyse various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs
Directly manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates and email marketing
Work closely with the marketing team to align marketing strategy and activity feeding into social media and offline media planning
Develop content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development
Report on performance
Plus possess some additional skills that although not essential would be ideal:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Experience developing and overseeing digital channels and marketing strategies
Excellent understanding of web design and web analysis
Understanding and experience in UX and Google Analytics
Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, Social Media Display and affiliate marketing channels
Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools

This opportunity is based at our Head Office in East Midlands. Given the nature of the role and our flight network, there will be some travel involved which will include some over-night stays [approx. 2 nights per month], to attend meetings and events.

Full time [37.5 hrs] –You may receive calls early morning and early evening on occasions where your guidance will be required.
