My client is looking for EASA B1 and/or B2 B737 Licensed Engineers to join them on a long-term contract at their facility in North-East China. To be eligible for this position, you must hold a valid EASA B1 and/or B2 Licence and B737 TR with proof of recency on type of at least 24 months

Role: EASA B1 and/or B2 B737 Licensed Engineer
Pay: On Application
Shift: To be mutually agreed with client 
Location: North East China
Start Date: Immediate

Experience
  • EASA B1 and / or B2 B737 Licence
  • Extensive Recency on type at least 24 months
  • Proof of Recency
  • Part 147 Approved Training

Essential Job Functions

The effective organization of aircraft maintenance works in the team according to established and approved schedule:
  • Managing the team of mechanics work
  • Daily teamwork guidance according to the plans provided by the leader
  • Reporting to the leader on the completed works during the day
  • Co-operation with other company departments and offices of external organizations involved in technical maintenance process.
  • Carrying out ME-TA or AV functions (According to MMM, MOE and other procedures).
  • Be authorized to releasing to service for aircraft components.
  • Be authorized to repairing the defects founded on A/C component.
  • Be authorized to certifying the work operated by others.
  • Use of tools and equipment. 
  • Use of current data. 
  • Ensure the completed work meet the airworthiness requirements.
  • Carry out and sign Base maintenance job cards within scope of authorizations
  • To rectify all defects within scope of authorizations.
  • Effective works distribution for mechanics according to the qualification and experience/workload/work priorities
  • Prevent damage to aircrafts, aircraft parts/ tools and equipment
  • Ensure Mechanics’ work and production activities accord with discipline
  • Motivate and Coaches the mechanics
  • Help for technical problems
  • Ensuring Routine/Non-Routine Job Cards are stamped and closed after maintenance work
  • Ensure Mechanics obey the rules of work safety, fire safety, and internal work regulations
  • Max commercial benefit of the projects
  • Ensure mechanics use and store the tools in right way
  • To use the material reasonably
  • Obey the aircraft maintenance regulation
  • Ensuring all special equipment to be used according to approved manuals and operate by the mechanics who having enough qualification, knowledge, experience.
