After another exciting year of growth for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, we have a great opportunity for a Duty Manager to join our Ground Operations Team on a part time Fixed Term contract.
Reporting to the Station Manager, the Duty Manager is responsible for
The day to day management of all Jet2.com flights and operational performance at the airport
Leading the customer facing Teams at the airport to deliver excellent customer service
On time performance and management of our safety-first culture
Working on a shift basis, this is a varied and fulfilling role with significant people and operational responsibility.
The successful candidate will be:
A driven and motivated manager committed to the development of an operational team and who shares our passion for delivering the highest standards in customer service and safety
Have a proven track record of managing others in a fast-paced environment
Have knowledge of Ground Operations and airport processes
The ability to show flexibility and be forward thinking in challenging operational situations
Fluent in Spanish and English.
