After another exciting year of growth for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, we now have some great opportunities for a Duty Manager to join our Ground Operations Team on a Fixed Term contract.
Reporting to the Station Manager, the Duty Manager is responsible for the day to day management of all Jet2.com flights and operational performance at the airport.
Leading the customer facing Teams at the airport, this high profile role is responsible for on time performance, the delivery of excellent customer service and the management of our safety first culture. Working on a shift basis, this is a varied and fulfilling role with significant people and operational responsibility.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing others in a fast paced environment, with the ability to show flexibility and forward thinking in challenging operational situations. We are looking for an inspirational leader committed to the development of others and who shares our passion for delivering the highest standards in customer service and safety. Management experience within an airport environment is preferred. To be successful in this role you must be fluent in Spanish and English.
