After another exciting year of growth for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, we have some great opportunities for Drivers to join our Resort Flight Check-In Teams on part-time Fixed Term contracts. Our Drivers provide operational support between our Resorts and the airport, on an early morning, afternoon or split-shift basis Monday to Sunday.
Reporting to the Driver Supervisor, the Drivers work co-operatively and productively with our Resort Flight Check-In and Ground Operations Teams in the effective transport of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays colleagues and Customer baggage to ensure high standards of service and On Time Departures are accomplished. You will think safety at all times, putting the safety of you, your colleagues and our Customers first every time. Delivering On Time luggage from hotels to the airport is vital in ensuring our Customers' satisfaction and you will play a key role in achieving this and our on time performance targets. In addition, you will inspect vehicles daily and report any defects to the Maintenance Team.
The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt quickly in an ever changing environment. You must be a supportive team player with a positive and flexible approach. You will have experience of working in a manual and operational environment with an ability to follow clear instructions, to ensure the safety of you and your Team. You must also hold a full EU Driving License, Type C and the relevant Competency Certificate (CAP) under governing legislation. You will be fluent in Spanish and any English language skills would be an advantage. You must have the right to work in the location you are applying for.
