Responsible for ensuring the RB211 program meets customer needs and contractual requirements on all aspects of the program’s product & service offering including but not limited to sales, marketing, business development, and customer service. Ensures that all aspects of the program’s third party relationships are contracted and undertaken in accordance with the commercial policies and procedures of StandardAero. Contributes as a Senior Management Team member to set the overall course for the Strategic Business Unit.
*?Develops and maintains OEM relationship and works to fulfill off load requirements, as well as, further business development opportunities. Manages contractual requirements with the OEM.
*?Develops and executes costing and pricing modeling for the Program. Develops proposals for third party customers for Sales. Manages customer interface once bids are won through his team of Customer Account Leads. Organizes the operation and resources to supply quality product/services to customers including delivery, billing, collection and ensuring customer satisfaction to maintain and improve the competitive position and profitability of the program.
*?Develops, maintains and implements business plans supporting the program’s strategic goals. Develops and recommends short and long range business objectives consistent with corporate and SBU guidelines.
*?In addition to the Customer Business aspects of the RB211 program, oversees all commercial aspects of the RB211 program and ensures the business integrity of the program, including vendors, partners and other third party commercial relationships as necessary with other functions in the program.
*?Monitors expenses and work processes and procedures to allow for the greatest possible return on investment while achieving the goals and objectives of the business unit.
*?Maintains appropriate communications within and between various functional areas on the business unit. Promotes a spirit of cooperation within the assigned area of responsibility, other SBU programs, and other business units and the various functional Vice Presidents. Ensures that the company’s policies are both communicated and implemented.
*?Acts as an advocate for external and internal clients, demonstrating accountability and a commitment to excellence to both the external customer and the company.
*?Provides innovative solutions to complex issues, influencing others to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained and company standards and profit margins are maximized.
*?Provides team leadership and mentors, coaches, and empowers others to ensure transaction timelines are met or exceeded.
*?Builds relationships with both external and internal clients.
*?Carries out special projects as assigned.
*?Exceptional planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, decision making, project management, oral and written communication skills.
*?Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) and Oracle.
*?Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, commerce or other related discipline; or equivalent.
*?Several years of experience as a middle manager in aerospace, or manufacturing; or a related field.
*?RB211-535 or Rolls Royce commercial turbofan experience preferred.
*?Must be authorized to work in the US.
