design to production manufacturing. Our Test Design Engineering department is
like a small company which consist of multiple engineering disciplines
including Hardware, Firmware, Software, Mechanical Design, Systems Engineering
and Program Management.

Typical Roles and responsibilities:

In this role
the responsible engineer will have the opportunity to develop cutting edge
solutions that will enable product to be transitioned from design validation to
a state of automated production. Our team designs HW and SW solutions for
validating the manufacture of the ever changing technology we develop in
Hardware Engineering.

Engineers in
this role will have direct input into the test architecture, test plans and
design direction of our solutions. By following an Agile Design process we work
through the full life cycle of the project. This is role is a leader in the
group and will have the opportunity to bring your knowledge and experience to
help develop newer members of the team.

Typical
solution developments involve boundary scan testing, functional testing and
Built In Self-Test definition.

This
position will also have the opportunity to help shape the future of the automated
test equipment (ATE) platform used as the core test set configuration.





Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

*

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related STEM discipline

*

14 Years of Experience with a Bachelors Degree; 12 Years of Experience with a Masters; 9 Years of Experience with a PhD

*

Candidate must have good communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and good oral and written presentation skills

*

Minimum of 10-12 years experience in Electronic circuit hardware design

*

Minimum of 10 years experience in software controls development and instrument integration

*

Understanding and experience using JTAG Boundary Scan development tools for test and component programming

*

Experience with integrated analog, and digital hardware design

*

Experience with lab test equipment (such as DMM and O-Scopes)

*

Effective verbal and written communication

*

Leadership experience should include: project planning, cost and schedule management and tracking, performance reporting, proposal support, manufacturing support, vendor selection; test hardware specification, and program staffing.

*

Ability to acquire Secret Clearance required, U.S Citizenship is a pre-requisite

Preferred Qualifications:

*

Experience with schematic design tools (e.g., Mentor Graphics, Zukenetc.)

*

Experience with hands-on troubleshooting with electrical hardware

*

PCB Layout a plus

*

Understanding and experience with IEEE 488 (GPIB), VXI/PXI instruments and their related software (drivers, etc.)

*

Experience with AccuLogic Scan Navigator a big plus

*

Experience with LabWindows CVI a big plus

*
