The specialist we are looking for is responsible for the developing and updating of the aircraft training courseware and, once achieved ground instructor qualification, delivery of aircraft training.
Responsibilities include (but not be limited to):
Development and updating (as applicable) the EASA and EMAR Part-66 basic training courseware;
Development and updating (as applicable) the aircraft type training courseware;
Once qualified as ground instructor, delivery of ground training courses and examination related to:
- EASA/ EMAR Part-66 basic training modules;
- aircraft type training courses.
hold an aeronautical, mechanical or electrical engineering degree (preferably new graduate);
excellent verbal, written and digital communication skills in English;
strong computer literacy, including Power Point, Adobe and MS Office Suite;
strong interest in aviation training.
The Candidate shall have the following soft skills:
highly motivated and target oriented, able to operate in a team environment;
willingness to learn;
good interpersonal, reporting and communication skills, and also a good teaching/ public speaking attitude;
possess a diligent and meticulous approach to instructional duties in order to maintain the highest standards.
hold CEFR English Exam certificate (at least level C1);
proven knowledge of helicopters acquired during university;
proven experience in a multicultural environment.
