Specific Job Description
The Candidate will report to the EUX manager with a matrix line to the LMUK SS Head of Technology Services.
The post will allow the LMUK SS Business to support Corporate IT Services at all LMUK SS sites including, but not limited to East King Street Helensburgh, Faslane, Coulport, Abbeywood (Bristol), 9 Dock Plymouth and the Harwell site.
The post holder will be responsible for communicating with the EBS Team which is in line with Technology Services and the wider business goals, mission and values. They will ensure that all team members receive appropriate support and that the team in maintaining high standards of technical performance. This will be achieved whilst upholding Lockheed Martin processes and principles.

Lockheed Martin’s International Corporate and Enterprise Business Services (EBS) units, consists of Business Development, IT Services, Payroll, ESH, HR and Finance functions that support the business across the whole of the EMEA region. With employees located throughout the UK, Europe and Middle East, LM Corporate and EBS provide EMEA wide support to all the LM International business areas.Lockheed Martin UK – Strategic Systems (LMUK SS) is the single contractor, providing specialist Waterfront In-Service Support to the Royal Navy's Trident Strategic Weapon System (SWS). The company plays a supporting role in the operational readiness of the nation's nuclear deterrent on board the Vanguard class Trident Submarines and provides the Ministry of Defence (MoD) with safe, efficient and responsive support, while meeting programme and cost targets.
LMUK SS, as part of the ABL Alliance with AWE and Babcock, are now responsible for the management of operations at the Royal Naval Armaments Depot Coulport (RNAD(C)). The MOD retains ownership and control of the site.
The role will involve very close coordination and engagement with international IT Services (IITS) who form part of Enterprise Business Services (EBS), and are responsible for delivering IT capabilities and service delivery models to the Lockheed Martin domestic countries. As part IITS,LMUK IT Services is responsible for delivering IT Services to 1700+ users operating across 15 UK sites. With over 60 staff based at 6 locations, LMUK IT Services support the UK Corporate network, Enterprise services, business labs and proposal suites, as well as major UK programmes.

Required skills, qualifications and experience
* Knowledge and experience of Service Desk, End User Services, Infrastrucutre & Applictions Services
* Knowledge and experience of IT Business Operations including relationship management
* Enaging with stakeholders
* Gathering requirements and budgets for IT Services projects
* Self starter with willingness to learn from colleagues
* Good team player and able to use own initiative
* Excellent problem determination and communication skills
* Dynamic and flexible "can-do" attitude
* Working within the a company Project Framework
Due to MoD requirements, you must be either a UK or US sole national. You must also disclose all passports/foreign citizenships held, including any previous nationalities/citizenships.
You must be able to travel throughout the UK and occasionally the US.
Successful candidates will be required to undergo a security clearance check.
Desired skills, qualifications and experience
· Knowledge and experience of working within secure environments
· ITIL v3 or Prince II Certification
· Experience of working within an ITIL based ITSM environment
