Customer Support Manager
My client who are a leading provider of aviation parts and services are expanding their services to be based in Heathrow.
Oversight and responsibility for the Vendor performance
Management of Vendors as necessary relating to Repair Order transactions and specifically relating to any Customer requirements or interaction
Responsible for development and use of operational KPI's relating to the Repair Cycle
To attend Customer and Vendor Meetings
To prepare Customer and Vendor Meeting presentation packages
Collaboratingwith the Inventory & Data Management administrators
Collaborating with the 24/7 Customer Support team
Demonstrable experince of customer support and management
Background in Aviation
Experince in management of performance
Knowledge of Vendor contracts, governance and regulations
Contract Service Levels to target
Management of individual performance
Ensuring transactions and system integrity is maintained
Transactions are completed and managed within agreed timeframes
