On behalf of our client, an MRO specialising in VIP and Business Jet aicraft based in Friedrichshafen, we are currently seeking a Customer Service Rep (CSR) to join their team on a permanent basis.
Reporting directly to the Head of Customer service & planning, as CSR you will be the primary interface between the customer and technical department for all technical, billing, planning and quote related questions. This role is therefore ideally suited to individuals with an aircraft maintenance background (B1/B2 engineers) and who have experience in customer-facing roles in which they have built a sound understanding of aircraft maintenance quotations and planning.
You will be required to speak German to a fluent/native level given that the majority of your colleague and customers are German speaking.
