This exciting opportunity has arisen in Qatar Aircraft Catering Company as Customer Service Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enriching strategies related to Costumer Service enhancement and would be managing the relationship between QACC and its costumers. You would be accomplishing business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities as well as implementing sales plans and managing the team.
Establishing QACC as a leader in the Doha market is your priority as well as developing future sales portfolio in line with the business vision. You would develop strategies for the execution of cost-effective, ‘revenue-protecting’ customer complaint solutions and service recovery actions as well as develop a Marketing strategy plan for QACC and ensure full implementation and communication with the Sales team and all stakeholders.
One of your key responsibilities will be coordinating with other Customer-facing departments, including contact centres, Ground Services, Cabin Crew, FFP to deliver continuous improvements in customer contact processes and service style in order to eliminate/ reduce negative customer feedback, contribute to revenue growth, cost effectiveness and profitability.
Also you would ensure costumer's feedback and complaint are resolved through the sales team in a way which enhances costumer loyalty, increases costumer retention and meets costumer's and corporate's SLAs.About You
In order to be eligible for this role, you would possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Management and have a minimum 8 years of job- related experience. You would have previous experience in project management and relevant experience in in-flight catering company. Additionally, you would possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage and influence.
