Customer Service Coordinator to support to the international Sales Team being central point of contact and coordinator between business and customers based Marlow
Customer Services Coordinator / Internal Sales Coordinator responsibilities
· Support business and coordinate between all relevant disciplines and customers being single point of contact.
· Present sales data at daily operations meetings
· Manage CRM database and produce monthly quote reports
· Order acknowledgment
· Load orders accurately and comprehensively
· Raise standard and pro forma invoices
· Receive incoming phone calls and emails
· Provide updates to customers / sales managers on order status
· Use and management of business systems
Qualifications for Customer Services Coordinator / Internal Sales Coordinator
· Experience working in customer service environment
· Microsoft applications (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer and Outlook)
· MRP, CRM, ERP business systems
· Accuracy of processing data
