Basic salary of £15,888 rising to £16,682 plus shift pay and a monthly performance bonus

At our contact centre in Newcastle, you’ll help holiday makers and business travellers get to where they need to go. It’s all about the service to the customer. And it’s varied – one moment you might be changing someone’s booking, the next you could be answering a question about departure times and then potentially be offering more services to the customer.
Whatever the query, you’ll think smart and act fast to provide a solution that keeps customers happy and gets them to their destination.
