Reporting to the Customer Operations Duty Manager, the Customer Operations Coordinator will provide a VIP service to all Jet2.com and Jet2holidays customers whilst they are on holiday, ensuring any problems are resolved and customer welfare is maintained at the highest level. This is a full time role working on a rostered shift basis - days and nights, including Bank Holidays.

The Customer Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting our customers during their holiday, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will effectively implement the company welfare policy in accordance with EU regulations, Jet2.com and Jet2holidays standards and make sure all our customers receive a VIP service. You will assist and advise our customers who contact us through our Emergency Customer Helpline, offering as much assistance as possible. By supporting our representatives overseas you will resolve any issues relating to in-resort challenges or complaints and ensure we are offering appropriate resolutions so our customers can enjoy their holiday.

In addition, you will be responsible for writing and issuing customer information letters and manage the process in relation to disruptive passengers, ensuring all relevant teams are informed of any actions taken. You will also be responsible for the accurate reporting and logging of all incidents and actions taken.

The successful candidate will have up to date knowledge of relevant airline operations and customer service legislation. Effective decision making skills and excellent communication skills are a must, along with a genuine passion for delivering a VIP customer experience. Proven prioritisation and problem solving skills are a must with the highest standards and attention to detail are also required in the role.
