Reporting to the Regional Supervisor - Europe, the Station Coordinator will play a key role in the safe and punctual ground handling operation at Jet2.com destinations in Greece, with a focus on Pula, ensuring that Jet2.com customers constantly receive first class levels of customer service. This is a Fixed Term position until 31st October.
This is a hands on role, interacting with our customers and being an ambassador for the delivery of our VIP Customer Service. You will be responsible for supporting the effective running of both our landside and airside operations, working alongside your Jet2.com colleagues and third party partners to deliver Jet2.com's on time performance targets. With a clear focus on Safety, you will carry out quality checks on the entire Jet2.com operation, ensuring we are achieve and exceed quality standards and driving forward our safety first culture.
This role is based in Pula but overseas travel may be required.
The successful candidate will already be demonstrating Role Model behaviours. You will have a strong background in ground operations, with experience of check in and/or ramp handling. It will be advantageous to be fluent in both Greek and English and have previous experience of working in a fast paced customer facing environment. Experience of working with third party suppliers would be an advantage. You will have a genuine passion for customer service and be confident in communicating across different cultures and languages.
