Reporting to the Crew Control Duty Manager, the Crewing Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a consistent standard of crewing support to all internal and external customers. Working closely with the Duty Manager, this vital position plays a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the flying programme. This position is available on a fixed term contract basis.
The Crewing Supervisor will support the Crewing Team to ensure that the flying programme is operated according to all statutory, company and commercial requirements; maintaining efficient rosters and minimising roster disruption wherever possible. You and your team will monitor On Time Performance'and reduce crewing delays at every opportunity. In addition, the Crewing Supervisor will carry out induction and training for new team members as required, which includes mentoring the development of Crewing Co-ordinators and Controllers. You will also deputise for the Duty Manager as required.
The successful candidate will have significant Crewing experience and an extensive knowledge of EASA Flight Time Limitations. You will have demonstrable success in making effective decisions in high pressure situations and the ability to manage a high workload. In addition you will regularly demonstrate the Jet2.com and Jet2holidays values and have a resilient, adaptable approach.
