Reporting to the Crew Planning Supervisor, the Crew Planning Coordinator is responsible for the production of safe, legal, fair and equal rosters for all Jet2.com Flight Crew.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all Flight Crew rosters adhere to Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and Jet2.com guidelines including planning sufficient standby cover. You will plan and communicate all Flight Crew training requirements effectively and in a timely manner. In addition, you will play a key role in our cost conscious approach by minimising Flight Crew transport costs through efficient rostering.
The successful candidate will be well organised, meticulous and have excellent attention to detail. With strong IT skills, you will have an analytical and forward thinking approach to problem solving. You will be an excellent communicator and a positive and supportive team member. In addition, you will thrive on working in a fast paced environment and demonstrate a "can do" attitude. Resource planning, Rostering or Crewing experience would be an advantage, but is not essential.
