We are looking for an experienced Cost Control & Accounts Payable Staff and a good team member, who will work in SunExpress Antalya Headquarter.

Our requirements for this position;
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
* Good level of English both in written and spoken (The German language would be an asset).

Job Description

Cost Control & Accounts Payable Staff responsibilities will be;
* Coordination and follow up of Cost Control daily process and working in coordination with all related departments.
* Controlling of the DOC (Direct Operating Cost) invoices within the Cost Control system and if needed appealing within the framework of the agreements.
* Inputting data from the supplier contracts to the Cost Control system and updating conditions when it is necessary.
* Posting DOC invoices into Accounting system and doing routine reconciliation work with the vendors.
* Controlling of Sub-Charter, Sub-Service, Wet-Lease agreements and preparation of flight reconciliation documents.
* Preparation and organization of route calculation process.
* Supporting of ETS (Emission Trading System) process.
* Preparation of ad-hoc and routine reports for management.
* Archiving of DOC documents properly.
