GOOSE Recruitment is delighted to be assisting a reputable Helicopter Operator in their efforts to secure a Continuing Airworthiness Manager on a permanent bases located in the UK.

The ideal candidate will hold the following experience:

  • Practical experience and expertise in the application of aviation safety standards and safe operating practices;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant parts of operational requirements and procedures;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of AOC operations manuals (as applicable to Continuing Airworthiness);
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Human Factors and Human Performance principles;
  • Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience of Safety Managements Systems (SMS);
  • Detailed working knowledge of the CAME & associated procedures;
  • Must be acceptable to the UK CAA as a CAA Form 4 Post Holder (preparation training will be given where necessary);
  • 5 years of continuing airworthiness, airworthiness review and personnel management experience;
  • Knowledge of aircraft maintenance methods.

Professional Qualifications:

  • Must hold Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer's Licence, or, an appropriate degree in an aircraft maintenance or continuing airworthiness
  • Candidates who have attended a Airbus Helicopter's type training course and would be highly advantagous
