COMPLIANCE ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITY & TASKS

Working from the Copenhagen office in Denmark you will, together with the Technical Director and multiple cross functions in the company, support the business by establishing the standards for products and processes based on regulatory compliances, engineering specifications, operational and management requirements, and ensure products and processes meet established standards through analysis and verification.

You will also play a key role in managing the continuous improvement of the Group Technical Library and distribution of technical data to all relevant departments and functions, as well as managing the Product Configuration Management systems. These responsibility areas include:

  • Establish a formal process to evaluate products and processes to gather compliance requirements, baseline standards, ownership, accountability, point of analysis and historical events.
  • Develop Standards to meet regulatory compliances, engineering requirements, operational requirements and management requirements utilizing current systems and methodologies.
  • Create new processes and procedures or amend preexisting processes and procedures, and guidelines to ensure new standards can be applied and integrated into relevant activities.
  • Review and identify new updates, revisions, and new articles relevant to products that we utilized, through manufactures portals, authorities’ websites, and other predefine systems.
  • Maintain technical library as per company procedures and ensure all relevant regulatory compliances requirements are met.
  • Provide support to establish a Product Configuration Management System to manage configuration of products as per product manufactures recommendation and airworthiness requirements.
  • Creation of Procedures, Processes and Templates relevant to product maintenance and maintenance management activities.
  • Provide support to review and action technical and airworthiness data such as Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), Service Letters (SLs), Service Instructions (SIs) and Engineering Orders (Eos) as per company procedures

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in an engineering or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in engineering or technical capacity in the Aerospace industry (could be within Airline engineering services or from an airline maintenance control center).
  • Applied experience with Quality system management and technical writing.
  • Ability to analyze and format information.
  • English proficiency both spoken and written.
  • Strong computer (soft) skills including full Microsoft Office Suite, to include MS Visio, MS Project, and MS Sharepoint.
  • You have a can-do attitude and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
