This position coordinates and supervises the operational logistics associated with AAWW charters from the point of initial charter inquiry, through set-up and ultimately to charter/mission completion.


* Works closely with Marketing and Commercial Planning in building schedules within AIMS and publishing viable and effective schedules to all interested parties on a timely basis; this includes schedule dissemination to AMC when applicable
* Amends AIMS and republishes schedules on an as needed basis
* Liaisons with Performance Engineering, Dispatch and Permitting to ensure accurate and suitable routes and times; maintains the block time/payload database accordingly
* Acts as a central point of contact and facilitator for all operational matters including, but not limited to, ground handling, General Declarations, passenger documentation such as manifests and visas, passenger and bag handling, passenger amenities, catering, landing permits, and customs
* Organizes and facilitates Start Up meetings and agendas for V.I.P. Passenger and Charter Programs
* Populates AIMS, and any other appropriate application, with information specific to commercial and AMC charters to ensure an effective flow of communication
* Produces and distributes accurate and thorough Charter Advisory Messages (CAM’s) for commercial and AMC charters (the latter on an as needed basis); updates CAM’s as necessary
* Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned by System Operations Management


* 3+ years airline experience required
* Airline System Operations or Ground Operations experience strongly preferred
* Detail oriented with strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Proven deductive and inductive reasoning skills
* Able to manage competing priorities to successful conclusions
* Organized and able to multi task
* Able to work independently and meet deadlines
* Knowledgeable in world geography
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Schedule flexibility including 24/7 on-call availability
