Fly Baghdad Airlines is looking for qualified candidates for a Catering Manager to plan and procure catering orders from Public sectors work at Baghdad international Airport

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Develop and implement catering service department.
Order plan and counts menus for everyday flight meals and VIP flight

  • Order plan and counts in-flight meals for cabin crew as per the regulations
  • Establishes and maintains a proactive human resource function to ensure employee motivation, training and development,
  • Implements and maintains effective two-way communication systems which reach all correspondents
  • Oversees and participates in the preparation and service of the meals in adherence to aviation standards for preparation, presentation, sanitation and safety.
  • Ensures timely meal service

·         Recruitment and training of staff

·         Ensures Shift scheduling is done on time and effectively followed

·         Performance management; monitor staff performance and provide feedback

·         Purchase and control of inventory

·         Monitor the expenses

·         Ensure practice of health and safety regulations

 

  • Education and skills:

 

-         Diploma and Bachelor qualification for Sales / Business Development / Administrative / Quality Assurance and Audit.

-         Minimum experience required is +3 years of experience.

-         Computer and Communication skills required
