Position: CAMO Manager - Nominated Postholder

Location: Denmark

Company: Well known operator with 20+ fleet

Role:
Your primary tasks will be planning and following up on maintenance tasks carried out on the operator's aircraft fleet. You will have the managerial responsibility of keeping the aircraft in good condition at all times in order to carry out safe operations


Areas of responsibilities will be:

· Oversee all standard airworthiness management functions

· Responsible for documentation management of all aircraft

· Responsible for long-term planning and budgeting of aircraft maintenance

· LEAN innovation as well as optimising business processes in the CAMO

· Responsible for the technical dialogue with the aviation authorities 

· Responsible for keeping the group’s aircraft airworthy and updated with all       technical requirements

· Responsible for absolute minimising of operating loss on aircraft during maintenance
 

Qualifications needed:

  • At least five years of relevant working experience whereof two of them in an administrative position within the airline industry.
  • You have the necessary knowledge of quality and maintenance systems and have a mindset where IT is a significant part of your daily work.
  • Knowledge of Envision and/or Traxxall is an advantage.
  • Previous experience as a trained aircraft technician an advantage
  • Have experience in putting a Maintenance Programme together for an airline operator.
  • You have good communication and leadership skills and can motivate your employees through trust and delegation. 


Limited but some travel activity will be expected for this position. Please note that you must have a residence and work permit that allows you to live and work in Denmark.
