Reporting to the Travel Services Supervisor, the Business Travel Coordinator will be responsible for booking all travel requirements for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays colleagues. This is a pivotal role supporting the business needs.
You will be responsible for the day to day processing of Business Travel requests on behalf of the company, ensuring that all Business Travel requests are actioned and processed in a timely manner, and remain in line with the company Business Travel Policy. You will approach each booking with a cost conscious approach, recording and processing all bookings accurately onto the Travel Service Booking systems delivering the highest possible service to our internal customers.
In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring all transport and hotel costs are managed effectively and business demands are met.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent planning and organisational skills and ideally have experience in a similar Travel Advisor or Business Travel role. You must have a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service and be a supportive and helpful Team member. Administration experience, with a working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel and excellent numeracy skills is essential.
