Reporting to the Travel Services Supervisor, the Business Travel Coordinator will be responsible for the day to day running of all Business Travel requests. You will make sure all requests are processed in a timely manner and in line with the Company travel policy. This is a pivotal role supporting all business travel needs.
The Business Travel Coordinator will pre book travel and hotel arrangements for all Jet2.com and Jet2holidays colleagues demonstrating a professional and timely manner. You will approach each booking with a cost conscious approach ensuring that all costs are accurately recorded onto the Travel Services booking system. You will deliver a VIP service to all our internal customers ensuring that their travel arrangements and documentation are confirmed accurately and efficiently. In addition, you will ensure that all costs are managed and approved effectively and that business demands are met. Reporting and analysing data are also vital aspects of this role.
This role will work on a shift basis, 4 days on and 4 days off, 7am till 7pm.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent planning and organisational skills and ideally have experience in a Travel Advisor or Business Travel role. You must have a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service and be a supportive and helpful team member. Administration experience, with an excellent knowledge of Excel along with strong numeracy skills is essential.
