Performs work assignments as determined by the shop management. Ensures that all work is conducted in accordance with approved technical data, customer specifications and regulatory requirements. Uses appropriate inspection techniques, and calibrated equipment for the unit/part being accomplished and utilizes the proper test equipment and performs preventive maintenance, as needed. Records information and accomplishes the work assignment in compliance with the Inspection Procedures Manual and Operations and Quality Policies & Procedures.
Job Requirements: Experience in Aerospace with extensive knowledge of working with brake rods is required
2+ years of combined bench/line experience in the teardown, inspection, parts requisition, assembly, test, troubleshooting, repair & overhaul of aircraft components, accessories, radios, instruments and/or airframe related equipment for the department being considered.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be detailed oriented
Must be able to show proof of legally ability to work in United States
Must be able to read, write and understand the English language
Must be able to pass FAA Drug and Federal background check
A&P License is desired but not required.
